Windows 10: Recommended section in the start menu is blank

There's just one app in my start menu recommended section suddenly, and it's always just one app. Why? How to resolve this issue?Start menu recommended section is turned on

How can I get rid of the silly "Recommended" section on the Start Menu of Windows 11 ? It is driving me crazy, and clutters up my Start Menu.

Any news on how to remove the Recommended section from start?

This new menu system is MUCH worse than the old start menu - its too small and i cant see enough of my pinned apps - especially with the Recommended section in the way.

Its a step back from windows 10 in terms of user experience.

I am Dave, I will help you with this.

The start menu in Windows 11 is currently lacking a lot of customization options, like were available in Windows 10.

Microsoft have listened to users feedback and they are adding some more customizations to the Start Menu, and one of those new options is the ability to resize that 'Recommended' section on the Start menu.

That option is currently being tested on the Insider ring and we should get that option in a future update, probably the 22h2 update

 

Windows 11 has this silly "Recommended" section on the Start Menu. Please delete it it.

Thanks for your reply. But it does not answer my question.

I do not want to get rid of the stuff in the "Recommended" section.

I want to remove the "Recommended" section itself altogether from my Start Menu. It is cluttering up my Menu.

I don't want the "Recommended" section on the Start Menu.

Please help me.
