Windows 10: Recording a gameplay

So i finally got a new budget gaming laptop (windows 10 pro)


My specs - GPU - geforce 150MX


Intel I5-8250U


8gb ram and 1TB local disk space


The problem - whenever i play a game, the fps is just amazing on decent graphics but when i wanna start record a gameplay, my fps drops from 150 to 30


Games i play - GTA samp, league of legends, CSGO.


I have tried all recording programms


From bandicam to OBS


Help if u know how to fix or have the same issue

Can not record audio.

We suggest that you run troubleshooting for Audio Recording by following these steps:

• Type troubleshooting on the search box.
• Click View all.
• Select Recording Audio.
• Follow the steps to troubleshoot Recording Audio.

I want to record gameplay in 4k....

I can do so at 1080p already. what do i need to change and where, to make my recordings true 4k

Hi Nala,

Press Windows Key + G to open the Game Bar, that can be used to record your gameplay . . . etc. I don't think there is a webcam overlay option on that, but you never know, Microsoft are constantly adding features . ..
