    Recording Problems

    Hello,

I have having a problem since last few weeks. My microphone is not working properly. I have to regularly attend online meetings through MS Teams but when I try to unmute my microphone, it says "we couldn't open the microphone". After trying to run troubleshooter, it gives a positive response - "Audio device was muted" and problem fixed. But again after next restart the problem again starts. Then, again I am forced to run troubleshooter which fixes the problem but sometimes it too doesn't fix the problem. I have tried everything, updating the drivers, uninstalling and reinstalling sound drivers, but nothing helps me. I have allowed the permissions to use microphone but still that doesn't help. I have a Lenovo G 50-70 laptop. Please give me a solution.

    :)
