Windows 10: Recording using Zoom and Fathom

Hello! I've been trying to produce a good output for my demo recording using Zoom and Fathom required by my company. However, when I playback the recording, my recorded audio would cut in and out. I tried to check the settings of my microphone, and everything is set up properly well at least as how it looks like to me. I'm using a Plantronics Blackwire 5220 series. I also just purchased this laptop Acer Aspire A315-44P last weekend. Please help!

Screen Recording the ZOOM Meeting issue. No voice and video recorded.

Xbox's recording function was supposed to be used to record games, so there is no sound. Although this is disappointing, please do not lose hope, as there are still measures you can take to avoid this situation from happening again.

1. Check audio settings: Before recording your video, check your microphone and audio settings to ensure they are configured correctly and enabled. This can help you avoid audio issues during recording.
   
2. Test recording: Before important recordings, conduct a test recording and carefully check the audio and video during the recording process. If any issues arise, make corrections promptly.
   
3. Use alternative software: If you find yourself frequently experiencing audio issues with specific software, try using other software for recording. You can try using other free or paid recording software to determine which software is best suited for your needs.
   

Although you may not be able to recover lost audio, taking these steps can help you avoid such issues in the future and ensure that your future recordings remain of high quality.

Here are the steps for using the built-in recording feature on Zoom to record video meetings:

1. Open the Zoom client and log in before starting the meeting.
   
2. Select the meeting you want to record from the main screen.
   
3. Click the "Record" button on the toolbar during the meeting. If you're using the Zoom web client, you can choose the "Record" option from the menu.
   
4. In the pop-up menu, select what you want to record. You can choose to record "the entire meeting" or "only locally."
   
5. Click "Record" to start recording. Your camera, microphone, and speakers will automatically be enabled to record audio and video.
   
6. Click the "Stop Recording" button when the meeting ends. The recorded video will be automatically saved to the default location on your computer.
   
7. After recording, you can access and manage the recorded video in the Zoom client. Select the "Recordings" tab from the main screen, then choose the recording file you want to view. You can play, share, or delete the recorded video.
   

*Note that if you are the meeting host, you need recording privileges to use the built-in recording feature. If you don't have this permission, contact the meeting administrator or host for assistance.

Can not record audio.

We suggest that you run troubleshooting for Audio Recording by following these steps:

• Type troubleshooting on the search box.
• Click View all.
• Select Recording Audio.
• Follow the steps to troubleshoot Recording Audio.

Video Zoom during recording

Nokia Cam zooms +/- during recording the the + zoom feature does not zoom in very far. Is there an alternative feature to allow you +zoom during recording ?
