    recording videos while playing videogame at the same time


    I play online, I have two screens. I am also recording my screen with Xbox bar to keep some videos that I will use offline, and it is quite long. So I want to play while recording this videos in the second screen, but as soon as I start the game, the recording on the second screen stops. why?

    • Confirm which build is currently installed on your device. To check, follow the steps below:
    • Press Windows key + R, then type in winver.
    • Click OK.
    • What application are you using to play the video files?
    • Are you getting any error messages when playing a video?
    • Since you've mentioned that you've shot a video of the said issue, would you be able to send us a clip of the recording?

    Can't play some videos recorded with Game DVR

    I still cannot play the file. I recorded another video today and it works fine. I used Windows + alt + G to record both of them.

    • Is this specific to particular video or all the videos?
