Windows 10: Recover a hacked account that now 'doesn't exist'???

So I believe that my son's Microsoft account has been hacked. Once they got in, they changed the username and primary email. so no password resets When we try to log in it says: That Microsoft account doesn't exist. we also can't make a new account with that name, and the 'Microsoft check' says that the Username has no errors". We also can't create a new account with that email/username as 'it's in use'. No live chat or phone service deals with recovery - for security reasons can only be done online. All of the online checks lead you in a CIRCLE that you can't access without being able to

They are different companies.

I`m sorry I had not noticed that the text on the picture was in spanish. It says that windows has replaced some damaged clusters in "name" file and "directory". Then, at the end "an unspecified error occurred (75736e6a726e6c2e 4f6)".

I`ll do it and I`ll be updating this thread when I have the report.
