    Hi,My dad's PC is refusing to boot into Windows. I want to revert the OS to an earlier version however I need the bitlocker key to do that. Unfortunately my dad cannot recall the password for Microsoft Live to access the bitlocker key, and although I thought I had a note of it neither can I. Trying to reset the password insists on sending the recovery details to an old email address. When I set this up a few years ago this was all fine, however the email address that he used with Microsoft Live is no longer accessible and Virgin Net will not reactivate it, so those emails are disappearing into
