Windows 10: Recover an old Harddrive with Windows 10

Hello there!I hope you can help me for I didn't find a discussion with the same problem as mine.The situation: Some days ago my Laptop 4-5 years old Acer 5 Nitro Black Edition died. The reason seems to be a broken main-board. So I bought a new Laptop, also an Acer 5 Nitro. I had the Plan to use old Parts of the first Laptop to improve the new one. So I put a second 8 GB RAM and the old 1TB HDD into it and it worked perfectly fine. The good thing was, that I could recover the data of the HDD this way.Now the problem: Inside the old laptop was also a 256 GB SSD with Windows 10 on it. I wa

Recover External HardDrive

I've installed Windows 10 by creating installation media on my 500gb external harddrive. After creating the installation media, my pc can only detected usb with 39gb. How can I recover my external harddrive and all it's files?

Best gaming harddrive Sugestion ???

Seagate states on their 750gb,32mb cache harddrive that the best application is video surveillance.(liquor stores,how very sad and completly overpriced for the amount of problems they have).Yet Passmark lists this near the top of their harddrive page.Any one have a suggestion for something that will last.(maybe samsung???)
Also I was considering a Raidmax hybrid 2 sli 630w powersupply.Any thoughts on Raidmax??
