Windows 10: Recover data from Simple Volume

Hi
I converted a partition of my HDD to a simple volume, and on my other partition was an ext4 which I then changed back to NTFS. Now, the NTFS has been picked up by Windows 10 as the "main" drive, and now doesn't recognize the simple volume and as a result, my files are stuck on the simple volume(which I cannot see).

How would I go about recovering the data?

I've accidentally deleted a folder and I'm unsure how to recover it.

See if you can recover the files from shadow copy snapshots.

I wonder if there is a 3d party specialized disk management program for this sort feature, or maybe

something in Win Pro/Ultimate ?
