Windows 10: recover portal.azure.com account - personal email created - now unable to sign in

HiI'm stuck into the login - msa loop authentication for portal.zure.com accountI've signed up for the azure account portal.azure.com long time ago with my personal email address *** Email address is removed for privacy ***'ve setup 2fa with MSA app.Now, after reinstalling MSA app I cannot add back my azure account due to my personal email initial setup It's my assumptionThere is no alternative way to sign-in other that msa that requires app codes... for adding account!Fortunately I have access to my Azure mobile android app by fingerprint auth and I could provide the azure subscriptions ids.Please let me know

Azure portal operating by coding

There are a lot of resources that can be created on Azure portal.

Can I do all the operating in C# code?

I want to create a notififcationhubs without any operating on Azure portal.

(Now I have to create a notificationhub on Azure portal to get the connectionstring for my project,

can I do all the operating in my project?)

Does it have to use powershell or other simple way ?

Microsoft has announced that they are blocking the ability to create a new personal Microsoft account using a work/school email address, when the email domain is configured in Azure AD.

The sign-up block mentioned above only prevents the creation of new accounts. It has no impact on users who already have a Microsoft account with a work email address. If you are already in this situation, Microsoft is recommending users to rename
their personal Microsoft account. Renaming your personal Microsoft account means changing the username, and does not impact your work email or how you sign in to business services such as Office 365.

Unable to sign in to my account.

2. What happens when you try to sign in to your account?
3. Are you seeing any error messages when you try to sign in to your PC?

If you are referring to the Microsoft account and if your Microsoft account has been compromised, it means that someone might be using your account to access your personal info or send spam. I suggest use the following guide to
get back into your account, review your personal info and settings, and help prevent this from happening again. Refer the article on
