Windows 10: Recover stolen account that was also deleted

Alright, I've seen a few topics like this and unfortunately the responses were not helpful for me.A hacker got into my account because I was stupid and ran some suspicious software on my PC, they fortunately did not succeed in stealing all of my other types of accounts, but they managed to get into my Microsoft account, changed my password and then I believe they changed the main email on that account, and then it was like my account no longer existed.A day after I noticed this, I did a complete Windows Reset and changed my passwords on everything. Then I tried to sign in with my Microsoft acc

I would suggest you to provide some information to help you better.

• Are you willing to create the Family account again?
• Are you trying to recover the files of the deleted account?

If you are trying to recover the deleted account files. Microsoft doesn't have that option of recovering.

Note: Once deleted, the user accounts cannot be recovered. Make sure you back up any data if required.
