Windows 10: Recover?

Discus and support Recover? in Windows 10 Network and Sharing to solve the problem; There was a folder with name Adobe. There were subfolder under it names something like utility.....i deleted them coz i thought they were folder of...     Recover?


    There was a folder with name Adobe. There were subfolder under it names something like utility.....i deleted them coz i thought they were folder of Adobe acrobat reader DC. but i think it was a component of adobe flash player. Any way of recovering it.see why adobe flash folder is there i haven't installed it not even it is in my control panel. does it come pre-installed on win 10.how to fix both these issues

    I am sorry.. I have no idea what that is.. I am pretty green I'm afraid.

    I wasn't trying to recover any files.. I wanted to format a new drive in an old computer.. The old drive died.

    I did what Namslas90 said but then when I got to the next step .. and hit enter.. nothing happened.. sigh...

    Anyway.. I am waiting on the next step.. Thank you for your input ...
