    I just deleted an important video file accidentally and emptied my recycle bin about an hour ago. How can I recover that file?

    I can't vouch that this will work as I haven't tried. But check it out EaseUS® Data Recovery Wizard #1 data undelete software - recover deleted/lost/formatted files, photos from hard drive, USB hdd, SD card Recover from an emptied Recycle Bin, with their original file names. --- Note it doesn't mention a permanently emptied Recycle Bin. Were you asked if you want to permanently delete those files? Have you permanently deleted anything else since the the files you wish to recover? It wouldn't surprise me if either one of those questions would amount to being unable to recover the files to want to get back.
