Windows 10: Recovering a Windows 10 from BSOD Stop Code 0xc000021a

Good morning, So I'm currently trying to recover a Windows 10 machine. I can not boot into the OS whatsoever. The PC tries to do its automatic diagnostic and repair, that fails. I've tried to do system restore, failed. I've tried booting into safe mode, it will not. I've done the Command Prompt commands:- net user Administrator /active:yes- bootrec/fixmbr successful - bootrec/fixboot access denied - bootrec/rebuildbcd successful Result, nothing.I've been through just about all the other command prompt commands too, including sfc/scannow, chldsk, dsim, etc. With and without Windows

Stop code 0xc000021a BSOD

Dear Darwin,

I have tried your method.

Up until Step 5, the computer restart when I press F4 to proceed into Safe Mode. Unfortunately the screen turn into blue screen with stop code 0xc000021a during the startup process.

Looks like the computer turn blue screen in every restarting process after showing logo and 3 turning rounds.
