Windows 10: Recovering an account *urgent*

I have spent the last 3 days trying to get into my computer, recently i updated my windows 10 since it was bugged. With the update my main account pc account got linked to an old microsoft account. I have tried every possible password i remember along with the security question. I have filled in 4 forms to recover the account but no luck. All i want is to get into my computer i dont care about my microsoft account i just need to get onto my computer. I did not ask for this stress, the whole customer service side of microsoft is redicolous. Please just help me, ive tried everything even reseting the windows but without logging in i cant use my computer.

Remove account

I suggest you backup your personalized files first before removing the account.
To delete an account, follow these steps:

1. Press WIN + X keys and click Command Prompt (Admin) from the menu.
2. Type the following command and press Enter. Replace test with the name of your sister's account. Code:

Okay I don't see any known troublemakers in the shell extensions shown in explorer tab.





Would suggest checking for updates for the softwares listed and installing updates if available.
