    Recovery BitLocker Key from OneDrive not worling


    I'm able to find my recovery key in MY Microsoft account, but my device is saying it's not correct. Is there any other way to find the correct key? I'm assuming I don't have a copy somewhere.

    2. Did you ever setup BitLocker Recovery Key on your computer?
    3. Are you not able to login to your Microsoft Account to find the BitLocker Recovery Key?
    4. Are you using Windows 10 Home or Windows 10 Professional?

    Meanwhile, try finding BitLocker Recovery Key if you have ever setup BitLocker Recovery Key for your computer.

    Bitlocker recovery key is not saved to onedrive

    Hi,

    Welcome to the community.

    Perhaps you didn't save your recovery keys to your Microsoft account. Perhaps you saved them to the OneDrive cloud instead? Try searching your OneDrive for
    Bitlocker Recovery Key.
