Windows 10: Recovery ID BitLocker key

I need to know Recovery ID BitLocker key to start working on my computer. I tried to get it from microsoft webpage, but the page is invaluable. It is still invaluable. Last week I called to support center and it's took more than 1,5h, the lady tried to find the solution herself but nothing happen. She gave me a case number and told me to call on Monday back if support couldn't repaid the page. She told me that the page should be repaid until Sunday.As you can see the page is still invaluable and I call to support center back. The other lady told me to send a request true the support-chat. 2. I dont have email personal to microsoft
