Windows 10: Recovery: It Looks Like windows Didn't Load Correctly: Advanced Options/Restart PC

The administrative secretary at my office is running Windows 11 Pro 22H2 OS Build 22621.2428 on a Dell Precision 3660 PC. At the end of the workday she either logs off or allows the PC to go into sleep mode. Every morning when she comes in she sees a bluescreen with the message: Recovery: It looks like Windows didn't load correctly. If you'd like to restart and try again.....with the options of See Advanced repair options, or Restart my PC.Selecting Restart my PC brings Windows back up with no problems during the day. However overnight, Microsoft Event Viewer shows unexpected shutdown/loss of

Macrium error: "Recovery: Looks like Windows didn't load correctly"

Just rerun the restore from the Macrium bootable media, like so... Don't use Rapid Restore.

Then if it doesn't boot, do this...

I tried to Recover the latest Full Macrium Backup. The progress bar moved to 100% I assumed that everything was going to be fine, but I got the following message: ---------------------- Recovery: Looks like Windows didn't load correctly. - Either: See Advanced Repair options - Or : Restart my PC [and retry the Restore] ---------------------- I would be grateful for any advice. Thanks

What about if you can't book to Window's desktop, which is what happens in my case with a five month old Dell XPS13 with a solid-state drive.

    Are you able to boot into Desktop? - no

    Do you get any error message when you try to load Windows? - no specific error message
    

Upon getting the "Recovery: Looks like Windows didn't load properly" I am given two options:

1. Continue

2. Advanced repair options

Continuing doesn't work; computer screen just goes dark.

Repairing gives me several options, like booting from a device etc. Would appreciate guidance on what to do here.
