Windows 10: Recovery mode loop gone wrong

So today i was using my laptop dell inspiron 3493 and it has had a frequent issue of freezing showing a windows error and then restarting and then working again. Today it happened again and this time it got stuck on the blue error screen which also happens pretty frequently and what i usually do is i power it off using the power button and powering it on again which always works. It ended up showing up the cannot load windows properly recovery mode screen which also happens but rarely. So i restarted my laptop but then it didn't restart but instead just powered off. Cannot go into recovery mode in several ways

Problem:

Cannot login into normal mode or safe mode or access anything other than Boot settings.

• Do not get usual login screen.
• Seeing Automatic repair and then BSOD with code 0xc000014c
• That loop continues.

Troubleshooting Steps taken:

• Tried 3 times reset when in "Preparing Automatic Repair" to boot into recovery mode - Failed.
• Created bootable WIndows 10 USB flash drive to go into repair mode - Getting another BSOD with code "Driver pnp watchdog"
• Some times, after "Preparing automatic repair" screen, i get "Your pc needs to be repaired" recovery screen where it shows F8 to go into Startup settings. When i press F8, i get the same screen again in a loop.

Are you able to Windows recovery environment?

I suggest you to create a Windows 10 installation media and perform a Startup Repair on the device and check if it helps to resolve the issue.
This is an alternate way to boot the device and run recovery tools when something goes wrong with the Operating system.

Please follow the steps below to do Startup repair:

          Insert the installation USB drive
          and boot Windows 10 from it.
          
          If you don't have one, you can Create an installation Media.
          
        • 
          In the ‘Windows setup’ page select the ‘language to install’, ‘Time and currency format’
          and the ‘keyboard or input method’ and click on ‘next’.
          
        • 
          Click on ‘Repair your computer’ and select ‘Troubleshoot’.
          
        • 
          Click on ‘Advanced options’ and select ‘Startup Repair’
          and select the operating system.

Windows goes to recovery mode loop

Hi,

I accidentally disabled some of the services with msconfig. Later after restart my laptop goes into recovery mode loop. Tried even resetting the system. But even that too failed not sure what to do. Tried safe boot method but ui page is not loading up.

Please add some suggestions to fix my window 10 system.
