Windows 10: Recovery mode not working

I tried to factory reset my pc and when I got to the recovery mode page I clicked on reset this pc , I then clicked on remove everything and my pc instead of actually factory resetting it just restarted and took me back to the login screen ,I tried multiple times it won’t even work for command prompt or anything that is in the advanced options , the same just keeps happening with my pc just restarting

• When you say "safe mode has limited options and they don't seem to work", are you able to boot the computer to the desktop in Safe mode?
  

If you are able to boot the computer in Safe mode, then proceed with the clean boot steps as suggested previously.

If you are still facing issues, then please reply with more information so that we can help you further.

Airplane mode switch not working

Since the troubleshooting steps that were provided did not resolve the issue, we suggest switching on the Radio Management Service. To do that, please follow the steps below:

• Press Windows key + R.
• Type services.msc, then hit Enter.
• Search for Radio Management Service.
  
• Right-click, then choose Start.

Note: Never ever set this service to "Disabled".

Get back to us if the steps won't work.
