Windows 10: Recovery of Files

My family member created a standard account on my computer by clicking "to add a family member". However, after the computer asking her to log into her Microsoft account, her account became the only account that can access the files on my computer, and my Microsoft account has disappeared. Thereafter, I logged into my Microsoft account but could not access the files on my computer, i.e. all the files on my computer could only be accessed by logging into my family member's Microsoft account. Subsequently I deleted my family member's Microsoft account. Before deletion, I selected the choice of k

Guys i am trying to fix my cousins Asus Eee netbook. It has a backup image file that is partitioned on the hard drive but when I go to use it the app will run through a few steps and stop. It is running Vista . Any suggestions?
