Windows 10: recovery of mail password

before i start .. please read thru before assuming anything please.. This is and has been my account for almost 15 years...

if my laptop fails .. ill loose it permanent...


i have been trying to resolve this for some time... spoke to apple .. due to 2 step .. there is no other recovery option.. tried a few password recov options but tend to shy from potential malware\spyware laden apps..


i have been able to recover other email passwords in my mail program but not my apple one ..


issue .. windows mail program has my apple email password stored and encrypted


i need to recover it.... again,, this is NOT A HACK :


the apple id is protected with two step code ... lost in a house fire ..


have access to email thru laptop... no where else ....



have access to original phone to reset 2step code thru apple

but need the original password stored in Win 10 mail ver Version 16005.13426.20688.0



in short ... win mail has my password for my apple email ... getting it decrypted is essential and the only option left ...

hdd password recovery

howdy. if this isnt the right forum please move it.
a friend has a 3 year old hp or compaq tower. they called me to help. they are not able to get into the admin accound, because the password was changed. it was changed by them when a popup told them for security they should change thier password.
after it was changed they could no longer get into the admin account with the password they changed it to, and the computer started sending out emails to everyone on her address list with porn and viagara type adds.
i ran anti virus and we found 20 trogans, virus, ect. everything comes back clean now, but we still cant get into asdmin account to format drive.she doesnt have a vista system disc, just the recovery partition.
1.. is there a way to get the password?

2... if not can i install a new hdd and install from her recovery partition?

3...will i be able to install new hdd and install vist from my disc or is the mb set up to not alow that?

thanks for any help, they are on a limited budget and are true friends to me and i would like to help them. thanks! sam

i mis my account... there are no tpu mails in my junk mail, only mails i got from tpu is the ones from wizzard not the password recovery
what is the email adres used by password recovery?

This is the suggested solution below if you haven't already tried it.

In this Windows 10 build 10041, the Mail, Calendar, and People apps may be broken due to a licensing issue with the Store Beta. To get these apps working again, you need to follow these steps:

• Open powershell as administrator
• Run the command Get-appxprovisionedpackage –online | where-object {$_.packagename –like “*windowscommunicationsapps*”} | remove-appxprovisionedpackage –online
• Re-install Mail, People and Calendar from the Store (green tile)
