Windows 10: Recovery of StoragePool configured in Parity

I have a storage Pool configured in Parity configurationOne of the three disks configured in the storage pool failed, Now the storage pool is not accessible looks like in Read-Only modeHow do I recover this storage pool?In Manage storage pool -- even after using "Change Settings" with admin privileges no tasks are available to add a new disk and to remove old failed disk and repair the storage spaceAre there any steps I can take to repair the storage Pool and recover my storage space?any steps using Powershell?I cannot afford to lose any data -- removing the storage pool and creating a new

Storage Spaces Parity Repair?

As the OWC Thunderbay 6 looks like simple dumb device (no internal hardware RAID logic), parity is always calculated by computer CPU. An occurrence of Parity Error indicates some hardware problem - CPU instability, RAM memory error etc. Usage of different software RAID solution cannot guarantee reliability under these conditions.

You can find events related to Storage Spaces in this location:
Event Viewer-Applications and Services Logs-Microsoft-Windows-StorageSpaces-Driver/Operational
- check the log for all unusual messages.

Before attempting to repair Storge Spaces, you need to know more info. Because Storage Spaces applet in Control Panel is almost of no use, use these Powershell commands instead:
