Windows 10: Recovery Problem?

my laptop is on recovery problem when i open my laptop recovery interface their is a problem saying....your PC device needs to be repaired the application or operiting system couldn't loaded because a required file is missing or contains. errors file: \windows\system32\winload.exe error code:0xc000000f.you need to use recovery tools.if you don't have any installation media{like a disc or usb device],contct your pc adminstrator or pc/device manufacturer.press enter to try again. press F8 for startup settings.press F9 to

For thouse who CAN help...:I can't enter adb (device not recognized), can't flash using stock recovery (don't really know the steps and stuck at triage and dead android when in recovery),

That seems to be an attempt at Option 2 in the tutorial, which requires you to
a. Boot to a command prompt (Did you?)
b. You then seem to be mixing steps 3,4 and 5, thus your command is incorrect.

I suggest Option 1 is easier.

If you still have problems, please repost listing each specific step and saying which option from the tutorial you are using. Thanks.
