Windows 10: Recovery screen bsod0xc0000001 and 0xc000

Basically this is my second pc it happened in timeframe of 2 hours, i dont know what im doing wrong. first one happened when i used a compressor at 2 bars to blow the dust out and when i turned the pc back on it hit the recovery screen with your pc needs to be repaired due to system not being to boot wellrselam.sys, it may be that i downloaded new drivers from official amd app which detected them and installed the correct ones, the second one on a other laptop which my dad gave me happened after i was traumatized by it and tried to create a restore point since i had issues with minecraft an
