Windows 10: RECOVERY

Discus and support RECOVERY in Windows 10 Installation and Upgrade to solve the problem; i have a laptop with native Windows10 on it, but it won't start...it stops at the Recovery screen.     RECOVERY


    i have a laptop with native Windows10 on it, but it won't start...it stops at the Recovery screen. I don't have a recovery USB.If i buy a Win10 recovery device, do i need a software key? can i recover without losing all my data?

    For thouse who CAN help...:I can't enter adb (device not recognized), can't flash using stock recovery (don't really know the steps and stuck at triage and dead android when in recovery),
