    Dear Sir/ Madam





    I have done a recovery for my laptop which is have Windows 10, The system ask me if I need to keep my files or not? I said yes keep my file.

    Then the system start doing the process after that I had a new Windows 10 after recovery, but all my program it’s already gone. My question is if there is any way to get my programs again?

    For thouse who CAN help...:I can't enter adb (device not recognized), can't flash using stock recovery (don't really know the steps and stuck at triage and dead android when in recovery),
