Windows 10: Recovery

After opening advanced startup options after being stuck on a welcome screen i get this following message when i click launch recovery enviroment:RecoveryYour PC/Device needs to be repairedA required device isn’t connected or can’t be accessed.Error code: 0xc0000225You’ll need to use recovery tools. If you don’t have any installation media like a disc or USB device, contact your PC administrator or PC/Device manufacturer.I have already tried many different methods to resolve the welcome screen issue but they do not work and after putting in my PIN i get stuck on the welcome screen. I do not

For thouse who CAN help...:I can't enter adb (device not recognized), can't flash using stock recovery (don't really know the steps and stuck at triage and dead android when in recovery),
