    On my windows 10 laptop it says it has no updates but it had tons of updates that failed to install and when i try to recover them its telling me i need space and to put my programs on an external device the only problem is i dont have any downloads or anything so its the windows stuff taking up space and idk what to do because when i try to delete epic games launcher it says program is running but its not so please help
