Windows 10: Recovery

Hi,When I turned on my computer I had the following message "Your PC/Device needs to be repairedThe boot configuration data file doesn't contain valid information for a n operating system"I couldn't get on the past to go to the login page. I was advised to go on command prompt and to enter the following command "bcdboot c: \windows" and to reboot my computer. I did this and was able to login in but everything has been erased. Its like the computer has been factory reset. Can you please help me to recover my files as I had important information on there dealing with work.

For thouse who CAN help...:I can't enter adb (device not recognized), can't flash using stock recovery (don't really know the steps and stuck at triage and dead android when in recovery),
