Windows 10: Recovey Environment. Error Code:0xc0000001

Ma'am/Sir I have an Asus laptop that is currently running a Windows 10 Pro operating system. Once I turn on the device it is a BSOD with the error code: 0xc0000001. I attempted to restart the device 3 times to show the "advanced troubleshoot" but it doesn't show up. It is obvious that this is a recovery environment. Even tried to clean install using a bootable flash drive, changed the boot sequence in the bios but the set up won't pop up and hangs on the Windos logo then restarts itself. I hope this problem has a solution. Thank you.

Tried Andre Da Costa suggestion - at the end of the installation process comes the message "Inaccessible boot device" and it reloop again to try to boot.
