Windows 10: Recurrent BSOD on trying to play some games

Hello, I have been having recurrent BSOD recently when trying to play some games recently. It started with a game called 'DarkTide' and I would get an error when it was launching while 'Building shader cache'. It would let me into the game however after giving an error code. Yet, I noticed after a few times of doing this a BSOD would occur. Also some games randomly crash do desktop after a period of playing I'm thinking this is related to the same issue possibly?I have searched and searched on the net for resolutions but none of them have fixed the issue. • Does the BSOD occur while playing a particular game?
• Is the game downloaded from Windows Store?

I suggest you to update the Graphic Card drivers by following the steps provided below and check if it helps.

• Press Windows key + X, select Device Manager.
• Expand Display Adapters.
• Right click on the driver and select Update Driver Software.
• Follow the on-screen prompts to update.

BSOD when trying to play online game

Hi,

To better assist you with this concern, kindly answer the following:

• Is this happening on one game only?
• Is this the first time you encountered this issue? If so, any changes made on the computer prior to this concern?

In the meantime, we suggest that you perform a
clean boot on the computer. Once done, try to play the game again and check if you will still experience the same issue.
