Windows 10: recurrent Micrsoft acct. problem notifications

I keep getting recurring notifications of a problem with my Microsoft acct. But it doesn't say what the problem is. It says to go to "Shared Experiences" in Settings to fix the problem. But when I go there I see no indication of what the problem is or what to do to fix the problem. Is that the height of stupidity? A message that says there's a problem but no clue of what the problem is or how to fix it! Any suggestions?

Yeah, thats not a solution she is interested in......I've suggested that course of action. Thanks though.

Just to clarify, I feel that there MUST be a step, or series of steps to turn off JUST the wireless notification sound. Thats what Im driving @ here.

 

My mispelledmail acct

one of my e mail addresses is misspelled, but is one of those accts that pops up when I go to log in to an e mail acct. How do I remove this misspelled acct from this list of accts that pop up as suggestions when I begin typing in the email acct I want.

2 computers same acct...please help


Hi, I have 2 computers in my home. Both computers have the the user name and password when logging in. Also when I go to my Microsoft acct. both are listed under devices. I would like to have it so both devices have there own log in. If I delete the other computer listed in my acct. would this solve the problem? Also, would I be able to log into the other computer since it was deleted and how would I then create a new username and password? Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.
