Windows 10: Recurring blue screen error 0x00000051 registry error on a Windows 7 Home Premium pc.

Hello, I'm looking for assistance troubleshooting a windows blue screen registry error on a Windows 7 Home Premium pc. The PC works ok in safe mode but crashes within minutes of running windows normally, with 3 or 4 restarts already. I haven't installed any new devices, and the PC is not connected to the internet. Also, it did not have system restore set up. Here is a zip file with some dump files: wetransfer.com link please note: the PC has the incorrect date and times. All the crashes are from 6/26/2024 I downloaded BlueScreenViewer and it seems to indicate a problem with ntoskrnl.exe but

+1 to listing your full system specs, OS version, etc. I did only look at your BSOD log file.

Run a Diskchk /R (I know you already ran one, so you can skip this)

Run SFC /SCANNOW

Report back.

This could be a software or hardware error.

Have a read of this previously posted question on the stop -0x00000051 code and answer on the MS Community.

Blue screen error

My computer turns into blue screen after every normal login in every start. There is no problem in the safe mode. My computer is windows 7 Windows 7 Professional 64bit. The error code is as below.
