Windows 10: Recurring BSOD issue with newer video games

I have an Acer Nitro 5 laptop, rocking an Nvidia GeForce RTX 4050 Laptop, Intel i7 12650H, 16GB RAM, 1TB Samsung SSD running Windows 11.Since I got my laptop August 2023, I've had an issue with newer games, seemingly ones using DirectX11 or above, where it will BSOD with the error code VIDEO_DXGKRNL_FATAL_ERROR. I checked control panel's reliability monitor and it says it was due to a bugcheck:"The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x00000113 0x0000000000000019, 0x0000000000000002, 0x000000000000

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to report a recurring issue with my Acer laptop, where I consistently encounter Blue Screen of Death (BSOD) errors while playing games. The problem has been particularly noticeable in games such as CS:GO, Dead by Daylight, and Minecraft.

Issue Details:

• Games Affected: CS:GO, Dead by Daylight, Minecraft
  
• Error Messages: irql_not_less_or_equal.
  

Troubleshooting Steps Taken:

• Updated graphics drivers
  
• Checked for Windows updates
  
• Verified game updates
  
• Monitored system temperatures

Can’t hear audio while recording games or videos

We will need some more information to help you with the appropriate troubleshooting steps. Please reply with the following details:

• How are you recording the games or videos?
  
• When you say, “I can't hear anything” you are unable to get the in-game audio or your voice?
  
• What is the make and model of the computer?
  
• Which build version of Windows 10 is installed on the computer? To check type:
  winver in the search bar on the Taskbar and hit
  Enter.
  

If you are using Game bar to record the games or videos, I suggest you to refer the steps mentioned below:

1. Press Windows key + I to open
   Settings.
   
2. Click on Gaming.
   
3. Click on Capture on the left pane.
   
4. Clear the check box for Record gaming audio only.
   
5. Follow the same steps for Broadcasting.
