Windows 10: Recurring copy and paste issues. Fix it Microsoft?

So you know, copy and paste clipboard failures have been a problem since Windows NT 4.0 and it remains a problem to this day. It seems like a very easy problem to fix, and yet like many other bugs such as MMC failures, Microsoft ignores the issue. So many issues like this go unaddressed, and so Windows just seems to accumulate known bugs over decades. Microsoft needs pest control. A team that attacks known bugs and eliminates them for good.
