  1. Recurring startup issue unfixable? - Windows 10

Every time I startup my computer, I get the BSOD and it won't restart once it reached 100%. I restarted it manually to go into automatic repair, and the only thing that worked was system restore. Once the system restore was completed, I clicked restart and then the updating screen appeared & and I held down the power button I think the updates are the problem. After I powered my computer back on, I had the same issue again, requiring me to do another system restore. This time, I let the update process, then it brought me to the login screen & everything seemed like it was back to nor

  3. Startup issues since upgrading to Win 10

    Hi,

Thank you for using Windows 10.

I understand your concern and would suggest you to try performing "Startup Repair" and check if that helps. Here is the steps:

    • Press and hold Shift key and click on Restart from login screen.
    • Click on Troubleshoot.
    • Select Advanced Options.
    • Select Startup Repair and follow the on screen instructions.
Let us know if the issue still persists and we'll be glad to help.

    Windows 10 Tweaks

Pressing “Windows+Pause Break” (it’s up there next to scroll lock) opens the “System” Window.

Windows 10: In the new version of Windows, Explorer has a section called Quick Access. This includes your frequent folders and recent files. Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

    • Open a new Explorer window.
    • Click View in the ribbon.
    • Click Options.
    • Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
    • Click OK
