Windows 10: Recycle Bin Sound

In system sounds Recycle Bin has a sound allocated. It works when tested.If I click Recycle Bin on the desktop and empty it from there the appropriate sound is heard.However, if I use Disc Cleanup, with Recycle Bin checked to empty, no sound is heard, even though the Bin is emptied.Testing the sound devices on the PC checks out and, as usual, the Microsoft Troubleshooter is about as useful as a chocolate teapot! Maybe why it's being retired.Why is there no sound via Disc Cleanup?This has only been apparent after upgrade to W.11, it worked fine in W.10.

To prevent your files from being deleted from the Recycle Bin, we suggest increasing the maximum file size your Recycle Bin can keep by following the steps below:

• Right click on the Recycle Bin icon.
• Under the Settings for selected location, select Custom size.
• Fill up the box for your allotted maximum file size for your Recycle Bin.

Lost Recycle Bin in Windows 10

• Click the Start button , type desktop icons into the search box, and then click Show or hide common icons on the desktop.
• In the Desktop Icon Settings dialog box, do one of the following: To hide the Recycle Bin, clear the Recycle Bin check box. ...
  
• Click OK.

"Empty recycle bin" missing from Sound menu

I want to enable the "empty recycle bin" sound for when I empty the trash bin but when I go to Sound in settings, and then Sounds, "Empty recycle bin" is not listed in the Program Events.

How do I add it?
