Windows 10: red border on my screen

A few seconds after I turn on my laptop, a red lining border appears on my screen and I can't remove it. this has been going on for a long time I don't know what to do.

Windows 10 Sudden Red Screen

In most cases, red screen on Windows 10 is caused by a hardware error, or incompatible drivers. For us to isolate the issue, we would like to ask the following questions:

• What is the build number and version of your Windows?
• To avoid repetition, can you enumerate the steps that you have done?
• Have you encountered any error messages or codes?

In the meantime, we suggest that you start your PC in safe mode.
If the problem doesn't happen in safe mode, you'll know that the default settings and basic device drivers aren't causing the issue.
