Windows 10: red cpu light on motherboard flashing/on for a short period of time

I just upgraded my PC adding some new fans and changing gpu. In the meantime I also changed the thermal paste. The first boot up failed because the cpu fan was not inserted properly but after fixing that it worked. Now the PC pretty much runs perfectly but at most boot ups and sometimes while it is running not necessarly with a high workload the fans start spinning faster and the red CPU light on the motherboard starts flashing or stays on for a max of 1 minute. I am on Windows 10,My cpu is an Intel 9400fthe new gpu is a RTX 3060I have a total of 6 fans 2 in front, 1 in the back, 3 above +

Yes it is possible to turn of the red light during the video shooting mode. What you have to do here is follow the below steps:

• If you will press the Q and W from the keypad it will set the Flash LEDs on and off,
• And if you will press the E and R from the keypad then it will set the red recording LED on and off,
• Also if you will press the A and S it will adjust the focus,
• And the D to correct the auto focus.

Where is this red light flashing, is the on the body of the laptop, if so, what is indicated beside that light - is it Hard Drive, battery or Power?

What is the Make and exact Model No. of that laptop - that will be printed on a sticker on the bottom casing of that laptop
