My name is Lester and hopefully, this will help answer your question, there are many ways for us to check the PCI slots available on the PC, you may refer to the steps below:

Method 1.

Press Windows key + R then type in regedit then hit OK

Locate the following key:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Enum\PCI\

By that you can check PCI information.

Method 2.

Press Windows key + R then type in dxdiag then hit OK

On the bottom click Save all information

You may save it to your desktop or anywhere, once done open the saved information to notepad.

Look for System Devices and you will see the list of PCI, on notepad you may also search for PCI by pressing CTRL+ F then type in PCI to check.

Unknown PCI Device

Ever since i installed my MB way back in March, i've had a PCI Device in my Device Manager that i've never been aware to what in the hell it is.

msinfo says:

PCI Device PCI\VEN_1002&DEV_AA30&SUBSYS_AA30174B&REV_00\4&1B9F9CFF&0&0168 This device is not configured correctly.

its definitely not a PCI device because the only device i have in any expansion slot is my 4870.

i know i can just ignore it but i'd like to find out if its some vital driver, because i dont have a clue.

maybe one of you guys do. we'll see.
