Windows 10: reddragon impact gaming mouse

i can not open the red dragon gaming mouse software top change light display and other things on my mouse i have down loaded the software and it says "this file does not have an app associated with it to perform this action. please install an app or,if one is already installed, create an association app in the default apps settings page" i tried to find how to do that in the default apps settings with no luck please help

Mouse keeps lagging and does not respond properly!

I checked device manager and I'm not seeing my mouse in the list. It doesn't say anything under reddragon mouse. Is there a specific name that it's under.
