    Redeeming account balance not working


    Hi there,Usually I transfer some money to my kids MS-account so he can buy some in-app purchases in flightsimulator app on his computerSince yesterday redeeming the accounts balance doesnt seem to work anymore. Even if the payment window on his screen is showing the correct balance it gives an error saying there is a problem with payment and we need to contact MS-support.Is there any known reason for that?Thanks

    How to redeem Microsoft rewards gift card money?

    Hi. I have been using Microsoft rewards for some time now and I was finally able to redeem a Microsoft 5 dollar gift card. I followed all the instruction listed on the screen and received 5 US dollars in my account balance. Now, the question I have is
    how do I redeem this account balance, I want to rent a movie? (Do I need to put my credit card details in to redeem this account balance?)

    I've done both Online and Windows 10 steps from the link, but still the same error:

    Check the instructions that came with your code. You might need to redeem it on a different web page.
