    I was sent an email that offered $30 off my renewal if I renewed early. Clicked on the button and was told I don't qualify but I could get a free month. So I follow that thread but it's for FAMILY account. I don't have a family. And if I don't qualify, why bother sending this in the first place? On top of that, none of the options in the Topics selection below are relevant to this concern. Seriously... is MSFT so big they can't even grasp small anymore?
