Windows 10: Redmi Airdots do not stay connected as output device

Hi,There is a painful problem I am facing after using Windows for quite a while. I have also asked this question several times here as well, but nothing has given me a permanent solution yet. So I thought to ask the same question again. My Redmi Airdots are connecting perfectly on phones and even on Linux. But it is not staying connected on Windows. It connects as voice and music for only a short amount of time. But then sometimes it disconnects; sometimes it stays connected, but not as voice or music; it just stays connected but does not give me any output. I've tried several techniques:updat

I can't change anything because the box is only Realtek and no more.
please look at the picture. drivers of the Airdots are perfectly installed. I don't know that what's the problem?

I'll start by noting that I do not own Xiaomi airdots so I cannot confirm or test this, but from my research the key seems to be this:

If your airdots are paired with another device such as a smartphone, temporarily disable bluetooth on that device first to prevent it from connecting to your airdots. Then, place the airdots in pairing mode (see instructions for the airdots).

On your computer, goto Start > Settings > Devices > Bluetooth & other devices > Add bluetooth or other device > Bluetooth.

It may take a few seconds to find the airdots. Once it does, select this. That should complete the pairing process.
