Windows 10: Redmi Buds 5: нет звука микрофона. Самопроизвольное отключение устройства.

Здравствуйте. Подключаю наушники Redmi Buds 5 к компьютеру через BT-адаптер. При подключении в устройствах появляются 2 новых устройства: одно для воспроизведения, второе для записи. Но на микрофон Redmi Buds 5 Hands-Free не поступает звук. Также, если попытаться проверить вывод звука через настройки, то устройство самопроизвольно отключается. Есть 2 пары таких наушников, проблема у всех. Раньше на WIN10 было еще одно устройство ВЫВОДА - Redmi Buds 5 Hands-Free. И при подключении наушников, звук выводился на это устройство. Тогда же работал микрофон. При отключении "Hands-Free", звук выводил

Redmi buds 5 gets disconnected when I take them out of the case

This happens on my Windows 11 Pro Laptop.

I have Redmi buds 5, They're discoverable and seem to connect for Voice and Audio no problem, yet when I remove them from the case and put them in my ears they make no sound and shortly after will disconnect themselves while remaining paired.

When I go to reconnect them, it prompts me with a message "that didn't work make sure your bluetooth device is still discoverable"
