Windows 10: Reference account is currently locked out and may not be logged onto they say to wait for...

most of the fix I got from here says that I just have to 30mins and try logging again to edit some threshold but I have waited an entire day but I still got the same message, and I cant seem to load the Administrator profile

Hello,

I am runing into the issues with our work computers where we log out and it 80% of the time says "referenced account is currently locked out and may not be logged on to". This happens the first time we try to login in regardless of just locking the computer or restarting it.

We use this account on 5 computers and recently did a password change and all of this happened afterwards. We also keep getting notifications saying our creditals need to be verified.

How do we stop this from happening?
