Windows 10: Reference by Pointer Error on Windows 10

I've been getting the reference by pointer error for months now and have never found a solution. Even through full resetting my PC. I assume it's a hardware error but I don't know what exactly is wrong and would like to know to see if I could replace 1 part instead of my whole computer.https://1drv.ms/u/s!AkXw3l2dpNy9qWobHEx9fVfL7L2X?e=hkK17JThis link should have my dump files from 3/18/2022 and 3/19/2022, in addition to my system file. As you can see, some days it crashes very often. If anybody knows anything more than me about this, I would appreciate some advice.

I have been getting the error Reference By Pointer on a blue screen, then the system reboots. I can provide a minidump file, would someone be able to assist?

Pressing “Windows+Pause Break” (it’s up there next to scroll lock) opens the “System” Window.

Windows 10: In the new version of Windows, Explorer has a section called Quick Access. This includes your frequent folders and recent files. Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

• Open a new Explorer window.
• Click View in the ribbon.
• Click Options.
• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
• Click OK

Reference By Pointer Error

Hi, my name is Nemo.

I got a new surface pro 7 on Nov.28th, and I got the blue screen error every time I turn on my device since I bought it.

The blue screen will not appear if I try to reboot the surface pro 7. For every time after I power off my device for a few hours, this error will occur when the device is power on.

Also, the stop codes of the blue screen were all the same one: reference by pointer
