Windows 10: rEFInd changed the boot logo, the resolution and the aspect ratio when booting in Windows

I recently installed Linux Mint alongside Windows and decided to use rEFInd as my boot manager. But I noticed that, when booting in Windows, the boot logo, which for me was the Acer logo because I have an Acer PC was replaced by the Windows logo. Additionally, the resolution and the aspect ratio changed and it looks worse than before. I'm posting here because I don't have this problem when booting in Mint, where the logo looks normal, so there might be a problem with Windows. I should clarify that after the PC boots up in any of the 2 operating systems, the resolution and the aspect ratio ar

Media aspect ratio changes on TV

Whenever I connect my laptop to my TV the aspect ratio is fine, but when I watch any media (YouTube, Netflix, etc.) in full screen the aspect ratio changes. It looks like it changes from 4096 × 2160 to 3840 × 2160.

My laptop is a X510UAR Signature Edition and the resolution is 1080 × 1920.

My TV is a [LG] web is TV UH6030 and the resolution is 3840 × 2160.

I choose the 4096 × 2160 resolution and 300% scale options so the picture can fit on my TV.

Also, only the media itself changes aspect ratio. Any overlays stay where they should be.

Can you let me know, how do you change the aspect ratio in your windows?

It seems like you are indicating that I am isolated with my inability to edit the aspect ratio.

If you where to boot up your computer right now, how would you go about changing the aspect ratio? Can you walk me through that in steps you take?

Screen for background and second monitor changes when in game aspect ratio is changed

I play multiple games on a changed resolution and aspect ratio, mainly 4:3 aspect ratio. The games are fine and work with the changes but my screen outside of game or when I alt-tab is changed to the same aspect ratio and resolution. This also goes for my second monitor where my other applications are shifted to the right half of my screen. Is there any way to change this or have the native resolution and aspect ratio kept for my second screen when playing games?
