Windows 10: Reformat & reinstall of Windows 10 Pro 64 bit

In order to get the MS Edge browser back with the top sites links will I have to do a total reformat & then install a new copy of Windows 10 Professional 64 bit?

Need to reinstall the program of Windows 10 Pro 64-bit edition


What I would like to know before doing to reformat the hard drive and reinstall the operating system of Windows 10 Pro 64-bit edition. Should I write down my activation key from Settings > System > About folder. But am not sure which one to write down and all I see are two. Here is below:

Device ID with the letters and numbers across xxxxxxxx - xxxx - xxxx - xxxx - xxxxxxxxxxxx

Product ID with five digits in each four boxes like xxxxx - xxxxx - xxxxx - xxxxx

Let me know which one to write down then I will start to reformat and reinstall the operating system of Windows 10 Pro 16-editon.

Compability of Asus H97-Pro with Windows 10 (64-bit)


I'm planning to have Asus H97-Pro & Windows 10 (64-bit) in my new system.

While cross checking compatibilty I landed on Windows Compatible Products List
and according to that Asus H97-Pro is only comatible with Windows 7 & 8.

Please suggest whether Asus H97-Pro is actually compatible with Windows 10 or not.

Windows 8.1 Pro 64 bit to Windows 10 Pro 32 bit?

Recently, I upgraded to Windows 10 Pro as I already had Windows 8.1 Pro. My Windows 8.1 Pro was 64 bit so I was expecting Windows 10 Pro to be 64 bit as well. It isn't! I feel cheated as I can't use RAM above 3.00 GB and am wasting the rest. Is there a
way to go from 32 bit to 64 bit without having to reinstall everything, like the Windows 10 Pro upgrade? Someone, Anyone, HELP!
